Given:
[tex]f(x)=(x+4)(x+2)[/tex]
Dilate of function is:
[tex]\begin{gathered} f(x)=(x+4)(x+2) \\ =x(x+2)+4(x+2) \\ =x^2+2x+4x+8 \\ =x^2+6x+8 \end{gathered}[/tex]
