The measure of arc PQ = 14(9) - 14 = 126 - 14 = 112 degrees

Step 3:

The total angle in a circumference is 360 degrees

Therefore ,

mPQ + mPSQ = 360

mPSQ = 360 - mPQ

mPSQ= 360 - 112 = 248degrees

The answer is option B
