using logic and real math, the answer is no since 13-7=6 which does not equal 10

I saw a post about common core where you can use the common core logic to do
take the 3 from 7 and subtract that from the 13 to get 13-3=10
then add the 4
end of common core logic
so anywhay, you cannot get 13-7=10 in the real world
